What is Dopamine?

Dopamine is a semi-untethered jailbreak developed by opa334 and the wider jailbreak community. It uses a rootless architecture — meaning it never modifies the iOS system partition — making it safer and easier to undo than traditional jailbreaks.

Dopamine supports an extraordinarily wide range of devices: from the iPhone 6s (A9 chipset, 2015) all the way up to iPhone 15 Pro (A17 Pro, 2023) and M1/M2 iPads.

This site is an independent community resource dedicated to making Dopamine accessible to everyone — from complete beginners to power users. We provide:

• A free in-browser IPA signer — sign Dopamine (or any IPA) without a Mac
• The most complete step-by-step guide anywhere, from basic install to advanced SSH access
• Up-to-date compatibility information for every supported device
• A blog covering tweak reviews, jailbreak news, and tutorials

Open Source

Dopamine itself is fully open source under the MIT License, maintained by opa334 on GitHub. Our signer engine is powered by zsign compiled to WebAssembly — the same engine used by Lightning Sign and other trusted tools. Your P12 certificate and private key never leave your browser during signing.
