• Is Dopamine safe to install?
  Dopamine is open-source and maintained by the community. It uses a rootless approach that keeps your system partition intact. As with any jailbreak, there are inherent risks — always back up before proceeding.
• Does it work on my iPhone?
  Dopamine supports iPhone 6s (A9) through iPhone 15 Pro (A17) on iOS 15.0 through 17.3.1. If your device runs iOS 17.4+, Apple has patched the exploit and you cannot currently jailbreak.
• Do I need a computer to install Dopamine?
  Not with our free in-browser IPA signer. Upload your P12 certificate and mobileprovision profile on our Sign page, sign the IPA for free, and install directly — all from your iPhone's browser.
• What is a rootless jailbreak?
  A rootless jailbreak installs tweaks and packages without modifying the system partition. This makes it safer, easier to undo, and compatible with future iOS updates. Dopamine is fully rootless.
• Will jailbreaking void my warranty?
  Technically yes — Apple's Terms of Service prohibit modifications. However, jailbreaking is reversible. A factory reset removes all traces. Many service centres will not know the difference after a clean restore.
• Will Dopamine work after I update iOS?
  No. If you update past iOS 17.3.1, Apple patches the exploit and Dopamine will no longer work. We strongly recommend staying on a supported version and disabling automatic updates.
